I am using Debian Lenny with Gnome 2.22 and notification-daemon 0.3.7. I use a dual screen setup, with the left monitor 1280x1024 and the right monitor 1280x854 setup with xrandr 1.2 (free ati driver). I moved the two top and bottom gnome-panels to the left screen.
When an application like Rhythmbox or Evolution show a notification pop-up, this pop-up starts at somewhere in the right part of the left screen, but continues to the right onto the right screen. I would expect it to appear completely on the left screen, just like the gnome-panel.

This is already fixed in the development version. To fix more multi-head issues see the patches in ticket #5.

I have the same problem with gnome 2.22.3 and a dual screen setup with xrandr 1.2 and the nouveau driver.
