There are many things that can be done with Galago. Unfortunately, we don't have the resources to do it all, so help is as always appreciated. Here's a list of ideas we've come up with:

Application Integration Tasks

• Integration with Evolution
• Integration with Thunderbird
• Integration with Gossip
• Integration with Ekiga
• Bluetooth integration (see GNOME Bug #312262)

New Application Ideas

• Mini application that uses the notification-daemon to display presence updates.
• Rewrite gnome-presence-applet to be more useful and sane.
  • Tear-off person displays?

Future Ideas

These require work to be done that is not yet complete in Galago. Eventually, these will be moved to the above lists.

• Write an app that sets presence for "me" when:
  • Closing the laptop
  • The screensaver goes off
  • Suspending
  • A scheduled calendar entry sets the person as "busy"
